Caroline B. Cramer Q.C.

Retired from the practice of law effective February 14 2021.

Philippe Richer, Lawyer & Principal

Philippe is our owner and principal lawyer. He is very knowledgeable in multiple areas of law. While he used to practice criminal law, he now mainly focuses on Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Wills and Estate Planning. He authored the business law course for the Knowledge Bureau and presented at their annual conferences.  He also taught the français juridique class at the faculty of law for 5 years.  He is currently the president of the St-Boniface francophone chamber of commerce and sits on the board of the Association of francophone jurists of Manitoba.

Ashton Freund, Lawyer

Ashton has been a lawyer at our office since 2016. After articling with us for a year, she was called to the bar in September of 2017. Ashton is highly detail-oriented, which makes her well-suited to practice Wills and Estates law. Whether the file is simple or complex, she works hard to ensure our clients understand their legal situation clearly.

Patrick Benjamin, Lawyer
